NKT laser cutting machines are completely autonomous. The need for human intervention has been reduced to the bare minimum. They are able to:
- Available powers of 1kW, 2kW and 3kW;
- Capacity from 20mm to 160mm in round or square tube and length 6500mm;
- Autonomous machine with automatic loading of tubes, profiles and bars;
- Discharge by conveyor belt or by gripper for parts in sensitive materials;
- 3D cutting head
- 4-clamp pneumatic calipers for high cutting precision;
- High-speed servo-controlled rotation and profile feed;
- Automatic intermediate supports to prevent oscillations during cutting;
- Reduced material waste after cutting (only 80mm);
- High cutting speed and low operating costs;
- Prepared for Industry 4.0.
Pneumatic 4-clamp calipers.
The clamps that hold the tube, have a capacity of 160mm in round or square tube. Whether it is the rear or front gripper, they have four pneumatic grippers that work in pairs, ensuring perfect adaptation to the profile and alignment with the cutting head.
Its operation is independent servo-controlled, being able to operate simultaneously. The revolutionary clamping system allows low cutting material waste, just 80mm.
Automatic loading and unloading.
The operation of the Laser Cutting Machine – NKT Series is completely autonomous. Automatic feeding allows automatic loading of tubes, profiles and bars, with automatic indexing. Discharge can be done by gravity on a conveyor belt (3 or 6 meters), or for sensitive materials it can be performed by an automatic gripper.
